We’re Hiring a Community Programs Manager!

We're hiring!

Make magic with 826DC! We’re hiring a new Community Programs Manager (CPM). Could that person be you?

About the Role:

As CPM, you would ensure high-quality, engaging writing programs through two key parts of 826DC: our After-School Writing Lab (AWL) and our Student Support program, which manages our work with volunteers, federal work study students, and interns.

In collaboration with the Director of Education and the rest of the Programs team, this position sets the programmatic vision for After-School Writing Lab, develops relevant curricula and educational activities, and actively builds a culture of learning for students, staff, and volunteers as a member of the Programs department.

The salary for this position is $50,000. The compensation package includes 100% medical / dental / vision coverage, a generous vacation and sick leave policy, 401k match, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
