Guest Teaching Artists
We bring in guest teaching artists to connect with 826DC’s young writers. Teaching artists—adults in fields from writing to visual art to rocket science and more—work with our program managers to design and lead sessions within our writing residencies in schools and at our writing center.
Illustrators
We hire illustrators to bring our material to life! These projects are generally cover illustrations and/or spot illustrations for student-written books and other student publications.
Graphic Designers
We hire designers to support our externally facing projects, including student books and other publications as well as various other print and digital content.
