Storefront Roundtable

We’re assembling a group of writers, designers, and general magic-makers to think about the ways we can improve 826DC’s storefront (Tivoli’s Astounding Magic Supply Company), starting with our volunteer-created products and the visitor experience. On September 6 , we’ll be hosting the first in a series of quarterly roundtable-style events to generate ideas for new products and share more information about the myriad of ways you can get involved with the store. We want you to join our creative team!

  • When: September 6, 6:30-8:30pm
  • Where: 826DC (3333 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20010. Entrance via Park Rd.)
  • Who: Writers, designers, artists,  magicians, and general magic-makers.
  • What: A roundtable-style kick-off meeting during which you’ll be able to submit ideas for new in-house created store products, help us improve customer experience, and learn more about other opportunities to support the 826DC storefront.

If you know someone else who might enjoy designing or writing for the storefront, please pass along the invitation– we love making new friends.

Commitment is flexible– we just ask that you show up in person on September 6 to kick things off. After the roundtable, we’ll circulate the list of feasible ideas that we’re most excited about moving forward. You’re invited to pick a project that inspires you and help us turn it into a reality.

Interested? RSVP to magic@826dc.org today.
