2048: Personal Narrative by Your Future Self
Imagine that it’s the year 2048 and you’ve decided to write about this important year in your life journal. What’s happening in your life right now? Who are you hanging out with? What’s most important to you? How have you changed in the past thirty years, and what’s still to come?
In this ninety minute workshop, we’ll draft a short memoir piece from the perspective of ourselves thirty years in the future. In doing so, we’ll learn how to write an effective personal narrative. Join us this spring as we take a journey into the future.
This workshop is intended for ages 9-12.
